Lufthansa and the ver.di trade union agreed to accept a mediator's proposal for a three-stage wage accord that scuds through the end of 2004 for the aviation group's 55000 Germany-based earth crew and cabin attendants. Including one-time bonus payments and revisions to pay scales and pension benefits, the raise amounts to 28% by annum, according to LH.
